Zovo Secret Santa
Draw names for Secret Santa and give everyone a private page with their match and wishlists.
Zovo Secret Santa draws names for holiday gift exchanges, office parties and family swaps. It respects couples and other exclusions, and it says why when no draw is possible. Each person gets a private link that shows only whom they buy for, the budget, the date and that person's wishlist. People add their own wishlist on their page. The organizer sees which links were opened, not who buys for whom.
What it does
- Random draw with no self-matches, couples or households kept apart, and one-way exclusions such as last year's match
- A clear reason when the rules make a draw impossible
- One private page per person with their match, the budget, the exchange date and the match's wishlist
- Each person adds or edits their own wishlist on their private page
- Organizer page with every link and when each link was first opened, without the assignments
- Redraw before anyone has opened a link
Try asking
“Secret Santa for Ana, Bo, Cy, Dee and Eli, Ana and Bo are a couple, $30 budget, exchange 2026-12-18”
“Office Secret Santa for 12 people with a 25 EUR limit”
“Who has opened their Secret Santa link?”
Limitations
- It does not send emails or texts; the organizer sends each person their link
- The organizer receives every link and could open one; the first opening is recorded and shown
- Up to 60 people per draw; pages end after the exchange date (at most 120 days)
- Links are not allowed in names, notes or wishlists
